- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-321-8478, LTC03148012098, Tie Down, Aircraft Mooring; Bell Helicopter, Cage: 97499, P/N 214-070-081-173. M.M. Reif, Cage: 1KNH1, P/N MK-3310RG; and Weckworth Mfg. Co., Cage: 9J595, P/N WL02G02. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Contract Type is Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity for a Base Year plus four 12 month Option Years. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. QAP 001. This requirement is 100% restricted to Small Business under negotiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes accepted for this solicitation.
