- Valve, Flow Control, NSN 4820-01-229-6913, YPC03190000776, part number 20777, cage 95368 (Aerco International Inc. Quantity of 507 each to be delivered to Def Dist Depot, Norfolk, VA within 150 days after date of award. Quantity of 110 each to be delivered within 150 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date of 14 Oct. 2003. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved source(s) are: Aerco Int'l Inc. (cage 95368), p/n 20777. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
