Quantity of 2588 Each to be delivered in 270 days (120, if waived for First Article Test) to New Cumberland PA. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 05 Nov 03 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 9 and 26.
