- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has issued draft solicitation N00024-03-R-4407 for advance planning and accomplishment of the Selected Restricted Availabilities for certain hull specific DDG 51 Class at the ship's homeport. The SRAs include planning, availability execution and continuous/emergent maintenance. All contractor questions concerning the draft solicitation should be submitted either via email (preferred method) or in writing (fax or mail), utilizing the "Request for Clarification" format located in Section A (DD Form 1707) in the draft solicitation. Questions must be received by NAVSEA 0244 no later than 31 October 2003. "NOTICE TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS: This draft solicitation will NOT appear in Federal Business Opportunities www.fedbizopps.gov. You are instructed to go to the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site www.neco.navy.mil to access the draft solic itation."*****
