Closing Date 21 November 2003 17.NSN: 1615-01-127-7388,Part Number: 70107-08400-046 Pron: AX3F0548AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-03-R-0860, Quantity:60 each minimum/460 each maximum 5 years indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B . Destination with delivery to Texarkana TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 30 each 315 days after contract award (DACA) and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report (FATR) i s due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 30 each 210 DACA and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item is resticted to The Purdy Corp. Cage Code (15152),Rotair Industries, INC. Cage Code (54878) and AEREX Manufacturing, INC. Cage Code (5K840, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for aw ard. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rele ase for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
