- Description
- Contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove infectious waste on a weekly basis at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Ft. Wayne campus and Marion campus. Contractor will provide containers for waste which will be leak proof, stackable, and transportable. Interested firms shall submit in writing on company letterhead a request for solicitation. Requests can be faxed to (260) 460-1335. Solicitation to issue on or about 11/5/03.
