- Description
- VISN 21 has a requirement for a VISN wide Milk contract. Facilities to be served are located in San Francisco, Palo alto, and Fresno, CA and Reno, Nevada. Offeror must be listed on the Interstate shippers List and be located within 250 miles of the delivery location.
