- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida require firm to provide Home Oxygen Therapy Service, including initial set-up and/or concentrators and maintenance of Government owned concentrators to eligible VA beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida. Contractor will provide written instructions on these commercially available services which include appropriate use of the equipment, including basic home safety, storage, handling of the equipment, maintenance and electrical safety. Contractor shall provide 24 hours, seven days a week emergency services. Services will be performed within the following areas: Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, Glades, Indian River, Hendry, St. Lucie, Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties. Prospective bidders must be JCAHO accredited and will provide certification with bid. RFP 546-80-03 is a set-aside 100% small business. The term of this contract will be base year from date of award, with four (4) one year option to renew. NAICS Code is 621610 and size standard $11.5 mil applies.
