Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has completed the competitive sourcing review of Real Property Management Services in accordance with OBM Circular A-76 (Rev. 3/96). The Government?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO) was compared against an offer from the private sector. The cost comparison resulted in selection of the Government?s MEO. The MEO will be implemented and the RFP will be cancelled. The public review period of the government?s documentation and to address specific questions regarding the agency?s compliance with the requirements and procedures of A-76 is from October 22, 2003 to November 12, 2003.
