- To provide a factory specified, top end overhaul on NOAA Ship Miller Freeman's #2 service diesel generator engine model 3508B, s/n3DW00151 - perform work consistent with ABS classification; include engine service and installation of remanufactured cylinder heads, turbo cartridges and jacket water pumps, new injector nozzles, recondition rocker arms, clean and pressure test after cooler, replace temperature regulators, conduct dock trials to ensure proper operation and proof the work Work to be accomplished between 11/24/03 - 12/5/2003. This notice represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000. The Western Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. for additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http:///www.ccr.gov/ . In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
