- Solicitation for End Item: F-16 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 045 3189, LTC03273014724, DOOR ASSEMBLY, 16P179-3, REV J, LOCKHEED MARTIN, CAGE 81755. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 150 DAYS ARO OR SOONER. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. First Article Test for Government Testing. Sample size 1 each for FAT. Configuration Control applies, Govt Furnished Mylars. Critical Application item. QAP 008. NAICS is 336413. This is an unrestricted procurement. Export contol tech data package available from DSCR. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for quote for an indefinite delivery purchase order. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 21 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 36 each. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Please submit quotes to fax # (804) 279-3040. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation (esp pg 2) in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFQ.
