- To notice is to correct the issue and return dates on subject RFP. The original notice was posted 10/20/03. The correct issue date is 11/04/03 and the solicitation will be available after that date. The correct closing date is 11/28/03 All offers must be received in the Bid Room by 1:00 local time on 11/28/03. Also, the required quantity is 4,415 each and there is a 100% option which may or may not be exercised by the Government. There are no increments in this solicitation.
