- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Service Agreement for Audio-Visual Services, Editing services for inter-format to digital betacam editing suite, cuts only linear suite, non-linear edit suite, graphic hourly rate for paint box and animation creation of wave files and JPEGS, betacam to betacam duplication, betacam to VHS duplication, courier service to and from Bureau of Engraving and Printing, tape storage up to twenty-five tapes, two person production crew, VHS and betacam dubs for fiscal year 2004. Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requested HOURLY CHARGE. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1) the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 334310, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-04-0078. The resulting purchase order shall be a not to exceed price billable at established rates. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Quotations are due October 31, 2003 by 2:30 P.M.
