- The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy is accepting bid/quotation for the installation of a new roof system for Buildings 506 & 801 located at 2302 U.S. Hwy. 60 East, Morganfield, Kentucky. Removal of existing shingle roofs, replacement all damaged materials with like materials. For bidding purposes an allowance of 10% of the gross roof area should be used as a repair, area allowance, to be included in the bid. Furnish and install commercial grade asphalt shingles, providing a lift expectancy of 15-20 years. Installation per industry standards. GSF approximately 11,450. Davis Bacon Wage Determination is applicable.
