- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform pick up and disposal of fats & bones at the following Commissary locations; Peterson AFB, Fort Carson and Buckley AFB, Colorado. Evaluation of the offers shall be on an "all or none" basis. The Request for Quotation will be released on or about October 23, 2003. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests will be accepted, facsimile or email acceptable and must contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
