- THE SITE VISIT ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO FOLLOW THE PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE IS HEREBY CANCELED. The pre-submission conference will be held at the White House Conference Center Truman Room located at 726 Jackson Place, NW, Washington, DC 20503 on October 31, 2003, 10:00am - 12:00 noon. This briefing is intended to review the scope of the project and submittal requirements, with emphasis on Phase I submittal requirements. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REGISTER FOR ATTENDANCE TO THE PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE. The Government intends to issue the RFQ electronically within seven (7) calendar days of this posting on the Internet at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/
