Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire three On-Site Training Classes at three designated sites for the Biomedical and Facility System (BIOFACS) Version 10 Hands-On, in support of the Naval Medical Information Management Center, Bethesda, MD. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Butterfield/TISCOR, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. The NAICS code is 611420 and the Small Business Standard is 6 M. A firm fixed price contract modification to N00600-03-C-0354 is anticipated by 30 October 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only services meeting the Navy?s requirements will be considered for award. The Request for Quotation may require the submission of cost/price and technical information.
