Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), PMA205 has a requirement for Concurrency Management of the training system and relevant training source documents for the V-22 Osprey Program. The Government requires the contractor to conduct a systematic analysis of all V-22 source documents and update the Master Task List (MTL) and curriculum for V-22 Pilot (100 Level) training. The contractor shall assess the impact of any changes to the MTL or curriculum to the source documents and all V-22 training hardware, software, simulators, trainers and publications. The contractor shall then provide the impact of the recommended changes to the training program. The contractor shall assess the overall impact of training changes on the V-22 training program using red, yellow, and green codes. The contractor shall develop the V-22 Pilot (100 Level) MTL, Curriculum and the CCM process. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract under General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) order against Service Identification Number (SIN) 27-500 will be awarded. The award will have a base period of one (1) year and one (1) one-year option period. Therefore, the expected period of performance is two years including base and option period. The RFQ, including the SOW, quotation instructions, and selection criteria will be posted to http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/ by 14 October 2003. All proposals received on or before 1:00 p.m., 31 October 2003 will be considered by the Government.
