- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for the following Commercial hardware in support of the E-6 Aircraft: 2 each TS-4528A/U Multi-Channel DOCCT/S System, Two Channel, w/ OEB, Lab/Class Local RF (P/N VA-017000-0028); 2 each DOCCTS/S VME module Set, w/OEB (P/N VA-016019-0001); includes Installation and Training. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this hardware under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. ViaSat, Carlsbad, California is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to manufacture the hardware. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. See Note 22.
