Description
The Naval Medical Logistics Command seeks sources to provide health care worker services at the Naval Hospital, Pensacola, and its branch clinics, NH Corpus Christi, TX and its branch clinics, and other DOD and Coast Guard facilities located in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. The total quantity and the specific identity of all clinics to be encompassed will be provided in the RFP. The government intends to award multiple personal service, fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contracts. Health care worker services to be included in this acquisition include: Definitized positions: Audiologist, Cardiovascular Technologist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Medical Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Chiropractic Assistant, Chiropractor, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Case Manager, Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist, Cytotechnologist, Dietetic Technician, Dietician, Dosimetrist, Emergency Medical Technologist, Genetic Counselor, Health Educator, Licensed Practical Nurse, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI Technologist), Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technologist, Nuclear Technologist, Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal, Operating Room Technician, Optometrist, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistant, Physicians, Physician Assistant, Podiatrist, Radiologic Technologist, Registered Nurse, Registered Nurse, Case Manager, Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse, Perioperative, Respiratory Therapist (Certified), Respiratory Therapist (Registered), Speech Pathologist, and Ultrasound Technologist for the contract maximums with a five-year ordering period. The minimum quantities will be ordered via issuance of task orders awarded concurrently with the award of the basic contract(s). Subsequent task orders for quantities exceeding the minimum amounts will be competed between successful contract awardees. NAICS for this requirement is 622110. See Numbered note 1.
