- NA Change the following: 1. Solicitation is scheduled to be issued approximately 31 Oct 03, as DADA10-03-R-0039 with a closing date of 12 Dec 03. 2. The contract base period will be from approximately 1 March 04 through 30 Sep 04, with four 1-year option periods and a fifth opt ion period to equate to 60 months of performance. 3. Site visits are not mandatory, but highly encouraged, as the offeror is required to propose on all CLINS for the seven (7) Sample Task Orders. Site visits previously announced are cancelled and will be rescheduled for the following locations: McChord AFB, WA (Puget Sound); Naval Hospital Great Lakes, IL; Wright Patterson AFB, OH; Tidewater Area (Portsmouth, VA); Fort Lee, VA; Fort Bragg and Pope AFB; NC. 4. The preproposal conference previously sched uled is cancelled and rescheduled for 13 Nov 03, from 9 am to 11 am at Fort Sam Houston, TX. The nearest airport to Fort Sam Houston is San Antonio International Airport, TX.. Offerors planning to attend the preproposal conference are requested to notif y Ms. Jelen and CPT Davis no later than 4 pm (CST) on 6 Nov 03.
