- NA The contractor shall perform various aspects of a broad range of civil and military environmental and planning activities inside and outside the continent of the United States. Such activities may include, but not limited to: planning, engineering, and e nvironmental, social and cultural/archeological work. Engineering tasks may require experience in geological, civil, and environmental engineering. Environmental tasks may require experience in biological, chemical, geological and physical science. Ther e may be up to four contracts awarded from this solicitation. The total contract price shall not exceed $15,000,000.00. Duration of this contract is 365 calendar days with four one-year option periods. THIS IS A 100% HUBZONE SET ASIDE ACQUISITION. SIC Code 8999 applies. NAICS Code 541620 applies. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation is via the Internet. The solicitation will not be issued in paper format. Notification of amendments may be made by facsimile, floppy disk, compact disk and/or postings to the Internet. The media selected for solicitation amendments shall be solely at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, as separate notifications fo r each amendment may not be sent to planholders, bidders shall be responsible for monitoring the Internet for amendments. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
