Description: NA The purpose of this Modification is to extend the Schedule for issuing the subject Solicitation as follows: New Projected Solicitation Issue Date-On or about 16 January, 2004. New Projected Pre-proposal Conference Date and Time-29 January, 2004 at 8:30AM. Location-USAESCH, Huntsville, AL. New Projected Proposal Closing Date: On or about 2 March, 2004. Additionally, the Government intends to award a Task Order at the time of contract award for actual work to be proposed upon under the subject solicitation. Award of this contract will be based on the proposal made by the awardee for the actual work ident ified in the solicitation.
