- NA This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 30,000 cubic yards of dredged material, other than ledge r ock, from the Toussaint River, Ottawa County, Ohio, in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Dredged material will be disposed of either in the Government-furnished disposal area and/or Contractor-furnished/Government approved disposal area . NAICS: 234990 BOND REQUIREMENTS: Bid Bond - 20% of the Bid Price; Performance Bonds - 100% of the Contract Price; Payment Bond - 100% of the Contract Price. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: A rate of $625.00 per calendar day for each day of delay. INFORMATION FOR OBTAINING DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING PAPERS: Complete sets of drawings and specifications are available for review at the Contracting Division, US Army Engineer District, Buffalo, Building No. 1, 1776 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY 14207-3199 on or after 5 December 2003.
