Description

NA The Project Manager, Force Projection, Product Manager, Army Watercraft Systems intends to contract for life cycle logistic support and upgrade configurations & installations for C4ISR/CEN for Army Watercraft Systems. A draft Performance Work Statement ( PWS) for a contractor performance based logistics program can be found at http://peocscss.tacom.army.mil/pmFP/pm_aws/index.htm -and/or- http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/majorsys/AWCS/c4isr/c4isr.htm. Included with the PWS on our webpages you will find har dware lists which provide a sampling of the equipments installed on Army watercraft vessels which the contractor may be required to support. The lists included represent the Large Tugs (LT), the Landing Craft Utility (LCU), the Landing Craft Mechanized (L CM), and the Logistics Support Vessels (LSV). Under this PBL program the contractor will be responsible for providing all manpower, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to support the program. PM Army Watercraft is seeking feedback and comments regarding the PWS. You are encouraged to electronically submit any comments and/or recommendations at any time throughout the pre/solicitation process, however we are looking for confirmation of interested sources not later than 14 November 2003.
