Description

NA The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following: Services to perform Surveys on a T&M basis as required by separate task orders as needed to determine configuration of a new VIS install ation to cover all areas of interface, electrical,mechanical interchangeability, form, fit and function as stated in the statement of work, services and materials to provide Vehicle Survey Reports on a T&M basis as required by separate task orders, service s and materials on a T&M basis to provide a Technical Data Package for vehicles as specified under separate task orders, and services and materials on a Firm Fixed Price basis to provide and install Installation Kits for the VIS under separate task orders. The requirement is Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Division in Linthicum, MD. The Government does not possess technical data completely defining the form,fit and function of the items being procured. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 22.
