- Description
- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract to Dell Corporation. Contractor shall remove various computer equipment coming off of a Dell lease. Packing includes 2100 Dell desktops and 2100 Dell monitors at the VA Hospital in Temple, Waco and Austin, Texas. Contractor will be responsible for inventorying the units, packing and shipping back to Dell. The return service shall be fully insured by Dell. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 14, it is anticipated that the solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of a commercial service. The applicable NAISC code is 488991- $21.5, and the procurement shall be Sole Source. The anticipated issued date of the written RFQ is 24 Oct 03 due date is 31 Oct 03. Only written requests for the package, submitted on company letterhead, will be accepted; FAX 254 771-4503 .
