- The Albuquerque Area will be negotiating exclusively with the Full Circle Software, Inc., 2230 Riverside Road. Bigfork, MT 59911 for Maintenance and Software Support Integrated Software Dedicated to the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS)for the Indian Health Service. The contract will be awarded for one year of performance of software analysis, design, testing and implementation support services. The announcement is for informational purposes only under Special Note 22. A Request for Proposal is not available to the public.
