- Solicitation to be issued unrestricted under other than full and open competition to establish a modification to an existing contract, contract number SP0451-01-D-4084 with Kidde Technologies (CAGE Code 61423). This announcement is for an initial population of 34 sole-source National Stock Numbers (NSNs) identified against the 61423 CAGE Code. The 34 NSNs are in Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) 1650, 1680, 5970, 5975, 6150, 6340, and 6685. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. To request a copy of this solicitation, contact the buyer. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required. Annual updates to your registration will be required.
