- THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR A DEFINITE QUANTITY FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR NSN 2835-01-056-8593, PART NUMBER 160008-200, HOUSING ASSY, AIR INLET AND SLEEVE. APPROVED SOURCE: HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND, CAGE 55820. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES (SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36, SECTION I). CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. ORIGIN INSPECTION REQUIRED. REQUIRED QTY: 93. REQUIRED DELIVERY: 50 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER (DARO) DELIVERY LOCATION: HILL AFB, UT. UNRESTRICTED. DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUESTS TO DSCR-VABA. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND DELIVERY AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS.
