- Description
- Provide digital copiers on a monthly flat rate lease type contract. Contractor will be required to provide copiers, all consumable supplies (except paper), key operator training, and maintenance and repair services to include emergency repair. Estimated number of copiers to be installed is 136; however, quantity may increase/decrease during performance period not to exceed 25% of initial quantity installed at contract award. Copiers to be installed will be from various Volume Band requirements. Volume Band I (15-20 copies per minute (CPM), 750 minimum copies per month) estimate 8 copiers; Volume Band II (25 CPM, 5,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 53 copiers; Volume Band III (30 CPM, 15,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 59 copiers; Volume Band IV (45 CPM, 30,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 16 copiers; Volume Band V (65 CPM, 50,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 1 copier, and Volume Band VI (75 CPM, 75,001 minimum copies per month) estimate 1 copier. NAICS Code 333315 is used for this project. Contract will be awarded with a base period (March 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004) and four additional one-year option periods. The awarded contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. The solicitation HSFLR040002 will be issued on or about November 21, 2003. This solicitation will only be available on the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov.
