- DESCRIPTION: The government intends to acquire ALQ-136(V)2 Pulse Jammers Upgrade, for a quantity of 40 each on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source of supply is ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The solicitation number is H92241-03-R-0004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 336413. Desired delivery is four (4) months ARO. FOB: Origin. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to Ft. Campbell, KY. The solicitation will be issued on 04 November 2003. Proposals are due 04 December 2003, 2:00 PM local time and should be addressed to: Technology Applications Contracting Office, Attn: AMSAM-TASO-K (Attn: Jacki Alford), Lee Blvd., Building 401, Ft.
