- The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement for interpreting services for its hearing impaired Government employees located at its Indianapolis, Indiana location. Interpreting services will be needed for both on-site and off-site locations within the greater metropolitan Indianapolis area. In order to guarantee interpreter availability the Government intends to award multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) to multiple vendors for this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Period of performance of the BPA is from date of award through September 30, 2008. Calls may be placed for interpreting services during this period of performance. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued for this requirement in the first quarter of FY04 on FedBizOpps. This is a 100% small business set aside. See Notes 1 and 26.
