We have allocated the period from November 4, 2003 through November 14, 2003 to make these visits to your locations. This is not mandatory or required but </span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>NARA</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> wants to afford all PSIs the opportunity to provide such information. As you know, we have invited PSIs to come to </span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>NARA</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> for one-on-one sessions between the period October 23 and </span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>November 3, 2003</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>.?? If you would like this session to be at your location combined with a briefing or demonstration, you have that option.? These briefings, one-on-one sessions, or demonstrations are not mandatory and will in no way be part of our source selection process.??
