- The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 3,000 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space in El Segundo, California. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,724 BOMA usable square feet Lease Term: 8 years, 5 years firm Desired Occupancy Date: June 2004 Area of consideration is El Segundo, California, with the delineated area being: North: East Imperial Hwy East: North Aviation Blvd South: Rosecrans Blvd. West: Sepulveda Blvd. Location of space to be offered must be in a commercial office district with attractive surroundings and with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Well-maintained streets and public sidewalks are required. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required.
