Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment & supervision necessary to perform Carpet and Pad replacement, per specifications & drawings, on the 4th floor of the Howard H. Baker U. S. Courthouse in Knoxville, Tennessee. A site visit will be conducted on October 28, 2003 @ 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost range of the job is $20,000 - $30,000.
