- Description
- All work must be accomplished by or under the supervision of licensed architects/engineers. All offerors must specify clearly on the outside of the offer for which state or states they wish to be considered. It is not necessary to submit additional copies to be considered for more than one state. The Government anticipates awarding no more than six contracts from this solicitation, but more awards may be made if necessary to insure coverage in all states. An offeror may be awarded a contract for more than one state. For Stage I, you must submit, at a MINIMUM, qualifications for at least the following: Architectural, mechanical, electrical, cost estimating. If not submitted as part of Stage I, you will be required to submit qualifications for other disciplines in Stage II. Note: The small business size standard applies to the individual firms making up a joint venture, not the combined size of the firms making up the joint venture.
