- Notice of intent to us other than full and open competition: The Government currently occupies 2,446 rsf of warehouse and office space at 3231 Ruckriegle Parkway, Louisville, KY under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation cost. All services, supplies,utilities and required tenant improvements are to included as part of the rental consideration.
