- General Services Administration, 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri is issuing a "Sources Sought Synopsis" in order to locate sources for National Stock Item 5140, Cabinet, Tool Mobile. Detailed information will be made available when sources are identified. Item will be procured on a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Standing Price Quotation (SPQ) for one year. Bid price must be for FOB Destination within the Continental of the United States.
