- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract for Pumps, CHT discharge with Duplex Controllers, pumps to be Eddy Pump Model CC-3000 LHA CHT or equal. Pumps and controllers to include: First Article Inspection, Provisioning Technical Documentation, Commercial Tech Manuals, Certificate of Compliance and Shock Test Reports. Complete specifications will be included in the solicitation package. Award will be made utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under FAR 13.5 Commercial Test Program. The applicable NAICS classification is 333911 small business class is 500 employees. The applicable Request for Quote Number is N00181-04-Q-0004. Closing date for receipt of offers will be established in the quote. Requests for quotation packages will be accepted via email, regular mail or express mail only. NO PHONE REQUESTS. NO FAX REQUESTS.
