- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Administrative Support Services at the Training Support Center (TSC) located in San Diego, CA. These services include the following; management of administrative functions, correspondence functions, classified material, message processing functions, office automation functions, word processing services, mail functions, administrative support services, personnel security clearance support, publications management functions, reports management functions, directives management functions, forms management functions and all other General functions. The resultant contract shall consist of a base year starting from the date of award until 30 Sept. 2004 with four one-year option periods. This requirement is set aside 100% for Hubzone small business concerns who qualify under NAICS code 561110 with a size standard of $6M. The solicitation shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The RFP will be made available electronically, upon its release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered (http://www.ccr.gov) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
