Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct a single story pre-engineered metal building at the Naval Security Group Activity in Sugar Grove, West Virginia. The work includes site work provisions for a single story pre-engineered metal building that will be a combined auto hobby shop, wood shop, craft room MWR equipment issue, and laundry consisting of a structural steel frame, pre-finished, insulated metal roof and wall panels, concrete slab on grade and spread footing, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and incidental related work. The approximate solicitation release date is October 29, 2003. The estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 million. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract shall be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract with a performance period of 300 calendar days. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
