- Description
- Quantity 3 each Wave-Off / Cut System (1 First Article Test Unit / 2 Production Units), Part Number 619338-2. Certification Test Procedure in accordance with NAEC Report NAEC-91-7951 dated 04 June 1980. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-03-17017. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52.246-11, ANSI/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent is required. Item is flight critical and requires precision machining and manufacturing processes. Requirements include stringent non-destructive testing and inspection; refer to specifications/drawings and drawing notes. May require NAWCAD specialized manufacturing process controls; refer to specifications/drawings and drawing notes. Required Delivery Date: First Article Test Unit is due 4 months after receipt of order with Production Units to follow 1 month after acceptance of FAT Unit. Inspection and Acceptance at source in accordance with REI-03-17017. Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Pre-Award Survey and Post Award Conference is anticipated. Preservation, Packing and Packaging shall be best commercial practice. Export controlled data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) prior to receipt of solicitation package. Request RFQ package via FAX (732-323-4209) from POC listed by 28 October 2003. All quotes due by COB 12 November 2003. See Notes 1 and 8.
