- Description
- This is a concurrent announcement/RFQ for training for an Acquisition Management Certificate Program for the U. S. Department of the Interior University (DOIU). The Certificate program shall consist of a minimum of five courses. Courses must be 400-500 level and provide 3 semester hours of credit. Courses must have reciprocity with the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and should be acceptable for transferability to all colleges and universities that are American College and Education approved. Courses must be taught in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area in vendor provided facilities. See other information in the RFQ in Electronic Commerce (EC). There are technical offer instructions and technical evaluation criteria also listed in the RFQ. After technical evaluation of offers, the DOI anticipates entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with successful offeror. The announcement and RFQ both close on October 20, 2003.
