Description

U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals (#201813R009) to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct a water treatment, reuse and conservation system at San Marcos National Fish Hatchery (NFH), San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. The NFH is located at 500 East McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas 78666. The work includes modify existing water system, construct new water distribution and control structures, reuse equipment building, underground utilities, electrical, access roads, security fencing, effluent pump staton, water treatment equipment, pumps, screens, filters, ozone generators, liguid oxygen system, O2 vaporizer, chiller, heat exchangers, fans, CO2 tanks, air stripper degassing unit, modify effluent pond and influent piping, and structures. Also includes additive items, modify influent well system, construct new influent building, and related. Provide emergency generator system, degassing unit, chiller and heat exchanger; and place asphalt pavement on access road. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. This solicitation is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. The project magnitude is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Proposal evaluation will be on a Best Value Process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). This solicitation will be available via the electronic commerce website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov, and http://www.fedbizopps.gov approximately 15 days after the announcement date, or by October 29, 2003. .
