Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Proposals are being r equested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91YTZ-04-T-00004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-11. This Procurement is solicited using Full and Open Competi tion, the Sic Code is 7371; the NAIICS Code is 541511; the FSC is J070. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract based on FAR Part 12 for the Maintenance of Drugdex???? Complete Software Systems Serv ices, for the Keller Army Community Hospital, at West Point, NY 10996-1197. The Government intends to contract for the maintenance services for Drugdex, Poisindex, Diseasedex, Emergency Medicine, Martindale, Tomes, P&T Quick, AltMedDex, RPS Herbal Medici ne and Network User Access Software system to include the purchase of Upgrades and on site services manufactured by Micromedix, Inc. The contract will be issued for a 1 year period. Payments will be made in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment a nd FAR 52.232-1 Payments and FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Provisions and Clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in the resulting co ntract. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-2. The Government will award a contract resulting f rom this solicitation/synopsis to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation/synopsis will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government reserves the right to make award on the initial p roposal received without discussions. The Government will consider all proposals received by October 15, 2003, time 3:30 pm.
