- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Aspen Aerials to conduct the required 10-year service rebuild of the UB-60. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No con tract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within t he discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 333120 with a Size Standard of 750 employees. The vehicle will undergo an 8-10 week overhaul, which is scheduled to begin 20 October 2003.
