PRIME U.S. GOVERNMENT REAL ESTATE OFFERED FOR EXCHANGE The United States Government is planning to offer approximately 45 U.S. Army Reserve Centers (USARC) for real property exchange, in the following locations: Albany, NY; Marina, CA; Alexandria, VA; Menasha, WI; Bellefonte, PA; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Milford, CT; Brockton, MA, Mountain View, CA; Chattanooga, TN; Myrtle Beach, SC; Cincinnati, OH; Narragansett, RI; Columbus, OH (2); Nashville, TN; Concord, CA; New Orleans, LA (2); Dallas, TX; Norman, OK; Danvers, MA; Orland Park, IL; Dayton, OH; Pensacola, FL; Duluth, MN; Rochester, NH; Edison, NJ; San Antonio, TX; Gainesville, GA; Sioux City, IA; Gaithersburg, MD; Southfield, MI; Horsham, PA; St. Petersburg, FL; Hot Springs, AR; State College, PA; Independence, MO; Spokane, WA; Indianapolis, IN; Uniondale, NY; Kansas City, KS; The negotiated consideration to be provided by the selected Offeror and received by the Government in exchange for the Exchange Parcel(s) shall consist of real property (improved or unimproved) and/or real property improvements, to be constructed for the Government at a location to be identified, either on Government-owned land or at a new location provided by the Offeror as part of the consideration. The value of the consideration shall not be less than the value of the Exchange Parcel(s). In no event will the Government accept cash as consideration in these exchanges.
