PRON: AX3T1249AXAX, NSN: 4920-01-241-7456, PN: 21C7732G01, Quantity: 30 each applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to, Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each 360 days after contract award ( DACA). Required delivery without FAT is 30 each 240(DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data , engineering, tooling or manufacturing r estrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will no t close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law participation in Small Business Set-Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
