Item 0001: NSN 6610-01-119-2298, P/N S85AVUC8C/A, Estimated Quantity 81 EA. Description: AIRSPEED INDICATOR. Application: F16/B1B. Solicitation Issue Date: 29 OCT 2003. Estimated Award Date: 31 DEC 2003. Destination: 7401 Arnold Street, Bldg 506, Door 22, Tinker AFB OK 73145-9013. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract is contemplated with 1 Basic Year and 2 Option Years. The Estimated Quantities for each year are as follows: CLIN 0001AA (BASIC YEAR) Qty: 16 EA; CLIN 0001AB (Option Year I) Qty: 21 EA; CLIN 0001AC (Option Year II) Qty: 17 EA. Deliveries are to commence 120 days after receipt of order. Qualified Products List (QPL) Procedures apply: Acquisition of this part is controlled by QPL procedures. Competition for this part is limited to sources which are listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 9 March. Only written, faxed, or electronic requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
